Bluebird Therapy Center is a boutique New Jersey based remote therapy practice looking for an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (W2) to join our team. We are looking for therapists that are committed to helping the mental wellness of their clients while pursuing both clinical and non-clinical opportunities to grow professionally.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• Master's degree and requisite state licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

• Maintain active professional liability coverage.

• Access to a reliable computer with high-speed internet, and a professional appearing and private virtual workspace free from distractions

• Meet workload expectations around 25 billable sessions per week

• Some evening or weekend availability

• Submit progress notes and treatment plans online in timely fashion

• Adaptability to technology

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through; abides by practice policies and procedures

• Values consistency and reliability in scheduling, understanding the impact it has on client progress

Pay: $53.00 - $60.00 per hour

Education: Master's (Required)

Experience: in-network provider: 1 year
